Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to staff involved in clean water network operations. Design and maintain training materials and assessments aligned with regulatory and operational standards. Facilitate practical, hands-on learning that reinforces theoretical knowledge. Monitor learner progress and provide constructive, developmental feedback. Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training reflects current best practices. Conduct fair, consistent, and unbiased workplace competency assessments. Continuously improve training delivery and content based on feedback and performance data. About You Proven experience in clean water network operations and customer service. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Excellent organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive problem-solver with a passion for developing others. Skilled at building strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and subject matter experts. Able to adapt training styles to suit different learning needs. Committed to continuous improvement and professional development. Willing to work towards a formal qualification in competency assessment (if not already held).
