Mobile Cleaning Area Supervisor – Selby and surrounding area
£13.50 per hour + Fuel Allowance | 30 Hours per Week
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Area Supervisor to join our team in the Selby area. This is a hands-on supervisory role ensuring high cleaning standards are maintained across multiple school sites.
Job Details:
* Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
* Shift Pattern: Split shifts – 6am–9am & 3pm–6pm (typical)
* Pay: £13.50per hour + fuel allowance
* Location: Selby and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising and supporting cleaning staff across multiple school sites
* Covering cleaning duties when required
* Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained
* Monitoring stock levels and reporting requirements
* Acting as a point of contact for staff and site managers
Requirements:
* Must have a full UK driving licence and access to own car (fuel allowance provided)
* Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred
* Able to pass an enhanced DBS check (essential for working in schools)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Flexible and reliable with a hands-on approach
