Support Administrator

Wokingham
£25,000 - £27,000 (DOE)
Permanent

Our client, located in Wokingham, has an exciting opportunity for a Support Administrator to join their hugely successful and rapidly growing organisation who operate with UK and worldwide clients. This role will uniquely focus on their UK clients.


We are looking to engage with candidates who either:

* Come from a background in scheduling works to be carried out by engineers, where strict SLAs have had to be delivered on
* Have worked within a fast paced administrative role, requiring proactivity and resilience
* Our client will also consider candidates who have come from other backgrounds such as hospitality or retail management, as long as they can demonstrate initiative, determination, resilience, proactivity and a true desire to work hard and learn.


The role:

* React to callouts – meaningful response within 15 minutes of receipt.
* Respond to customer email & phone enquiries – meaningful response within 15 minutes of receipt.
* Get 3rd party quotes for renewals – meaningful response within 1 week of request.
* Place purchase orders with 3rd party contractors for contract renewal.
* Schedule PPM/Smallworks/Projects – meaningful response within 2 weeks of receiving client PO.
* Create and issue small works/callout quotes and purchase orders.
* Order parts/materials for small works.
* Request/review third party RAMs and issue to client – meaningful response within 2 weeks prior to visit.
* Inform accounts of billing for small works and callouts.
* Create monthly/quarterly reports for client meetings.
* Create weekly Joblogic reports and send to engineers.
* Create and send callout rota to Message Direct.
* Keep client and 3rd party details updated via Joblogic and customer contact sheet.
* Additional tasks from admin support:
o Request and save maintenance reports/check sheets and upload onto Joblogic.
o Request and check engineer timesheets against Joblogic.
o Take minutes at the engineers weekly maintenance meeting.
