Senior Land Agent – Farm & Estate Sales – North Yorkshire - Competitive salary + Bonus + Benefits
The Job:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Senior Land Agent to join a respected and expanding rural property team in North Yorkshire. You will take responsibility for managing and developing your own patch of farm and estate agency work, securing and handling sales and purchases of rural property across the region. This is a senior role offering significant autonomy and the chance to build lasting client relationships, supported by a dynamic team and strong brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own portfolio of farm, estate, and rural property agency instructions
- Securing and overseeing the sale and purchase of rural property across the region
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with private and institutional clients
- Working closely with the marketing team to deliver high-quality, targeted campaigns
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Promoting the full range of professional services to clients
The Candidate:
- MRICS-qualified (or with equivalent experience in rural property sales)
- Proven track record in farm and estate agency or rural property transactions
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to generate and convert new business
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Self-motivated, professional and collaborative, with a proactive approach to work
