The Role
As a Paynt Field Sales Agent, you will generate new business through proactive field sales, cold calling, and tailored merchant solutions. You will win, retain and leverage referrals from your merchant base. You will be the driving force behind our UK growth, helping businesses access modern, flexible, high-impact payment solutions.
Who We’re Looking For
Industry-Experienced Field Sales/Cold Callers
If you already work in payments, or merchant services, — especially in new business acquisition — you’ll be able to hit the ground running. You know merchants, you understand their challenges, and you’re confident opening and closing opportunities.
What You’ll Be Selling
You’ll represent an expanding suite of in-demand Paynt solutions, including:
* Tipping tools and digital tipping products – ideal for hospitality, retail, and service sectors
* POS Point of Sale terminals
* SoftPOS – enabling merchants to take card payments on a smartphone, no terminal required
* Merchant funding – fast, flexible working capital for growing businesses
What We Offer
* £35,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £70k–£80k
