OCU Group are looking for an experienced Administrator Scheduler to join the team based in Erith.
You will be required to assist the contract management team in the delivery of a large and ongoing framework of building maintenance. Using our inhouse work management software your role will be to assist the team in assigning specific work tasks to our subcontractors and direct staff.
You will also assist the commercial team in uploading work evidence to allow for verification, liaise with the supply chain to ensure that work is programmed and completed on schedule and other administrative tasks.
This is a flexible role and can be carried out in our Erith office or as a hybrid role. We will also consider applications from candidates looking for part time or job share roles.
Your roles and responsibilities:
Using our inhouse work management software, you will assign jobs to individuals as per a program.
Uploading of photos and other evidence to allow the client to verify work and process payment
Assisting in matching work orders to work to ensure that we react to every client order
Assisting in creating new jobs on our work management system in response to reactive work
Answering emails and phone calls
Other similar tasks as the requirement arises
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
Previous experience in administration, ideally within a building maintenance environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
Confident IT systems user who is comfortable learning new systems
Detail and process driven individual
An ability to focus to deliver repetitive tasks with precision and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
