The Role Manage the day-to-day running and profitability of two Parts Departments. Oversee the showroom, goods inward area and retail environment. Lead and develop the team to deliver high levels of customer service. Manage stock control, processes and systems. Support key accounts, trade partners and customers with parts requirements.The Person Experience in agricultural or groundcare parts is an advantage. Previous management or supervisory experience desirable. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proactive, detail-focused and confident working under pressure.
