Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full-Time, Permanent basis. This is a fully‑office‑based role Mon‑Fri 8‑5 involving leading a team.
Main duties:
* To lead team taking inbound calls to arrange bookings.
* To make occasional outbound calls as required.
* To support team development on calls & training.
* To upsell where possible.
* To assist with exceptional customer service.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):
Experience in Team Lead/Supervisory role
Experience with Motor Trade (non‑essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong verbal & written communication skills
