Assistant Store Manager – Bexhill-on-Sea
We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Bexhill-on-Sea and support day‑to‑day store operations.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
* Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values.
* Ensure highest standard of customer service.
* Achieve sales and performance targets.
* Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
* Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
* Support recruitment and development of volunteers.
* Contribute to campaign activities and achieve expectations.
* Work with manager to generate stock.
* Work weekends, bank holidays, and on a rota basis, and be flexible with hours.
* Handle physical demands associated with collections, deliveries, and donations.
Qualifications & Skills
* Experience in a customer‑facing role.
* Supervisory experience.
* Commercially driven, encouraging new ideas.
