Your new role My client is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Operations Lead to support their UK operations. This is a varied role combining data analysis, customer service, system support, and process improvement.You will act as a key link between internal teams and clients, ensuring systems, reporting, and processes run smoothly while delivering a high level of service Act as a main point of contact between teams and stakeholders Troubleshoot issues and improve system processes Maintain and improve workflows and documentation Support onboarding of new clients and offboarding of existing ones Attend client meetings and manage follow-up actions on occasion Assist clients with system use Analyse sales and operational data Produce reports for internal teams and clients Track performance and identify improvements Process sales reports, purchase orders, and inventory updates Work closely with warehouse teams and resolve issues Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements Support business changes and operational enhancements What you'll need to succeed Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience Confident working with data and reporting (Excel required) essential Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in data analysis or reporting essential Experience using Power BI desirable What you'll get in return Competitive salary Flexible working - 1 day at home Training and development opportunities Free onsite parking Service awards What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
