The Role
This is a true 360 position, but without the usual reliance on constant BD. You’ll:
* Manage incoming client briefs from start to finish
* Identify and assess high-quality candidates
* Run tight, efficient processes
* Act as a trusted point of contact for both sides

The Numbers
* Fees typically £10k–£40k

* Regular deal flow (4+ placements per month is realistic)
