Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of Year 5 students.
* Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets for development.
* Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and develop their critical thinking skills.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum delivery.

* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities as required.
Year 5 Teacher Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, particularly in Year 5.
* Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.
