Sous Chef – £44,000

We are now looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team in Bermondsey.
The Role
* Salary: £44,000 per year
* 45 hours per week
* 5 days out of 7, including weekends on a rotating basis
* Always two consecutive days off
* No split shifts
As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high‑quality food standards, support daily kitchen operations, and help lead and inspire the team.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Head Chef in running a smooth, happy CPU
* Cooking seriously good food
* Leading and motivating the team during service
* Keeping standards high and vibes positive
* Helping with stock, prep, and keeping the kitchen running like clockwork
The Good Stuff
* 45 hours a week
* 5 days out of 7 on a fair rotating rota
* Weekends shared across the team
* Two consecutive days off every week
* No split shifts (yes, really)
