We're looking for an experienced Change and Programme Manager to lead, shape, and deliver transformative change across CKH. This is a key strategic role, responsible for driving organisation‑wide programmes, embedding strong governance, and building a positive, forward‑thinking culture of change.

As our Change and Programme Manager, you will:
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of change and transformation programmes across the organisation.
* Establish and maintain robust programme governance including business cases, prioritisation, risk management, benefits realisation, and reporting.
* Manage a Change & Programme Management Office, supporting the organisation to achieve its Corporate Plan objectives.
* Oversee organisational change activities, ensuring people, processes, and technology changes are understood and managed effectively.
* Coach, mentor, and develop colleagues—supporting the rollout of training and building a culture that champions professional change management.
* Collaborate with directors, service managers, and operational teams to deliver innovation and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate workshops, decision‑making forums, and design sessions that drive meaningful progress.
* Represent CKH’s values in internal and external settings.
Essential experience & skills:
* Minimum two years’ hands‑on experience designing and managing projects and/or evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Experience preparing and managing business cases, benefits analysis, and implementing change in complex or financially driven environments.
* Confident line management and coaching skills.
* Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and MS Project.
* Ability to prioritise competing demands and operate effectively in ambiguous, multi‑disciplinary settings.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
* Recognised project or programme management qualifications.
* Benefits analysis training.
* Experience within Housing or the Public Sector.
* Understanding of the strategic challenges in the housing sector.
* Ability to deliver training to non‑specialists and assess value for money.
