Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support (Primary Schools)

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? We are seeking dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 support to pupils in mainstream primary schools.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working closely with children who require additional support to access the curriculum.
* Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.
* Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to ensure each child can thrive.
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working with SEN is essential (professional or personal).
* Resilience, patience, and a positive approach to supporting children with additional needs.
* Experience within a classroom setting is desirable, but not essential – training can be provided.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ideal for:
