Due to sustained continued expansion, they are now seeking a Senior CNC Machinist to be responsible for the flow of work through the Machining Department and completion of work to project deadline demands. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Forecast labour and equipment requirements for work to be scheduled. * Day-to-day management of direct reports, along with technical, professional and personal development. * Leading improvement activity within the department. * Programming, Setting and Operating Hurco / Haas TM-2P CNC mill (Fanuc controls) * Complete programming using Openmind Hypermill or similar CAD/CAM package.
