Job Description
1. Leading all safety operations on a 3-year, $300M Casino site
2. Establishing and implementing safety programs, policies, and site standards
3. Acting as the primary safety authority for site teams, subcontractors, and leadership
4. Partnering directly with senior leadership to shape future safety processes
5. Positioning the safety function for scale across future projects

The Successful Applicant
6. Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Occupational Safety, or related field of study
7. 7+ years in a Commercial or Hospitality Construction Safety role
8. OSHA 30 certification is required
9. Additional certifications and training helpful
10. Ability and willingness to travel
Experience with:
11. Tower cranes, mobile cranes, crawler cranes
12. Material hoists & personnel lifts
13. Telehandlers, boom lifts, scissor lifts
14. Earthmoving equipment
15. Steel erection sequencing
16. Fall protection at height
17. Decking operations
18. Welding, cutting, and fire‑watch oversight
19. Crane coordination with steel ironworkers
