Job: SMART Repair Technician
OTE up to £50,000 | Uncapped Earnings
We’re looking for a skilled SMART Repair Technician to support our growing team, delivering high-quality cosmetic and wheel repairs as part of our vehicle preparation process.
Salary: OTE £50,000 + Uncapped Earnings
Shift: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (Flexible)
Overtime Available
Location: Bedford
What You’ll Do:
* Carry out SMART repairs on a range of vehicles
* Perform paintwork, colour matching, and finishing to high standards
* Refurbish alloy wheels, including painted and diamond-cut finishes
* Stay current with industry best practices and repair techniques
What You’ll Need:
* Previous experience in SMART repair or wheel refurbishment
* Valeting, detailing, or paint experience considered
* Full UK driving licence
