File Auditor Insurance ComplianceJob Market Insurance / ComplianceFile Auditor About the roleMy client are looking for experienced FCA / Compliance / Insurance professionals to join their growing team who are responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within their Insurance Broker business.The role focuses on operational, financial, and compliance audits, ensuring that business activities are conducted efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory and company standards.File Auditor Key dutiesEvaluate compliance with applicable insurance regulations, internal policies, and proceduresConduct audits to ensure adherence to FCA requirements, conduct standards, and company policies.Prepare clear and structured audit reports via online audit portals outlining findings, risks,and recommendationsIdentify operational, financial, and compliance risks within the business.Assess the adequacy of controls implemented to mitigate those risks.Recommend practical improvements and monitor implementation of agreed actions.File Auditor Key dutiesAttention to detailAbility to influence stakeholdersSupport colleagues in building relationships with insurance brokers encouraging open, regular meetings.Ideally experience working within a regulated environment and with full understanding of the principles of TCF and Insurance PracticeAlong with our client, we are committed to a diverse workforce and as such recruit from a wide available pool of talent, with the hiring, assessment and selection process being fair, free from bias and one which ensures the right person is selected for the job, based on merit.
