Robert Half Ltd are pleased to be working with an organisation based in Wallingford that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. The role supports multiple business units and contributes to efficient financial operations and continuous improvement across the group.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process supplier invoices, including matching to POs/GRNs and resolving queries
2. Prepare supplier payments and support AP review sessions
3. Reconcile bank accounts, including foreign currency
4. Raise sales invoices and credit notes; perform cash allocation
5. Support month-end processes, including AR reporting and handovers
6. Assist with process improvements, audits, and integration of new business units
7. Build strong working relationships across finance and the wider business

9. Excellent communication skills
10. Strong Excel and general IT skills
11. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
