Overview
To give children healthy foundations in fantastic settings, helping them build the confidence and resilience that will set them up for success later in life.
How You’ll Spend Your Time Here
You’ll be helping to provide cover for the children as and when needed, which could be for periods of holiday, sickness, or vacancy gaps. Sometimes you’ll support for a full day, or it may just be a morning or afternoon session. You’ll likely start most of your days with a fully formulated plan that will soon get completely derailed and pivot as circumstances call for it – a regular occurrence in child care.
Creativity is key. Teaching young children involves hands‑on arts and crafts, storytelling, exercise, and educational games. It’s important to keep things fresh and try new activities to keep attention spans engaged. While we work within EYFS standards, we encourage you to apply your creative flair and enthusiasm for learning.
