This role owns the end-to-end execution of media campaigns — from setup and launch to monitoring, optimisation, and reporting. You’ll work closely with media agencies, marketing teams, and measurement partners to make sure campaigns launch correctly, stay healthy while live, and deliver against performance goals.
This is a hands-on campaign operations role, not strategy or creative.
What the role does (Day to Day)
* Prepare and launch media campaigns across platforms
* Manage trafficking, QA checks, and campaign setup before launch
* Monitor live campaigns for delivery, pacing, quality, and performance
* Work with agencies to optimise campaigns while live
* Track budgets, spend limits, billing, and invoices
* Coordinate campaign measurement and reporting
* Share regular updates, insights, and post-campaign learnings
* Act as the main point of contact for live campaign issues and escalations
* 5–6 years’ experience managing digital or media campaigns end-to-end
* Hands-on experience with media planning, trafficking, and optimisation
* Comfortable working with media agencies and cross-functional teams
* Strong campaign analytics experience (monitoring performance, pacing, delivery)
* Excellent communication skills (status updates, issue management, reporting)
* Experience managing live campaigns, not just planning or strategy
🟡 Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
* Experience working in agency or embedded vendor teams (e.g. Accenture, DEPT, Spark)
* International or multi-market campaign experience
* Familiarity with measurement frameworks and post-campaign analysis
* Experience using automation, dashboards, or AI tools in campaign management
