Due to continued growth we are looking for a part-time Accounts & Payroll Assistants to join our busy finance team based in a new Leigh office. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in accounts and payroll who are looking for flexible working hours. Work days and hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00 Pay Rate: Starting from £12.21 p/h Key Responsibilities: * Assisting with weekly and monthly payroll processing * Processing timesheets, expenses and invoices * Maintaining accurate financial payroll records * Annual holiday calculations * Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions * Handling payroll and accounts queries from candidates and clients * General finance and administrative support as required * Management of external account ledgers * Credit control Requirements: * Previous experience in accounts and/or payroll role * Good understanding of payroll processes and basic accounting principles * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting /payroll software Sage * Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and organisational skills What we offer: * Part-time hours: 20 hours per week (flexible working pattern available) * Friendly and supportive team environment * Opportunity to grow within the company To apply, please submit your CV
