We seek to appoint a committed and driven Premises Officer to join our popular school. The successful candidates will be key members of our team as we continue on our journey of improvement.

Qualifications
GCSEs grade A* - C, including English and Maths or equivalents essential.
Experience
* Willingness to observe the Code of Safe Working Practice (COSWP) for Caretaking and Premises Staff essential
* Knowledge of moving and handling procedures essential
* Knowledge of health and safety procedures and precautions essential
* Ability to relate well to children and adults essential
* Demonstrates an understanding of inclusion essential
* Demonstrate experience of caretaking/site keeping in a school or similar environment essential
* Awareness of COSHH regulations essential
Organisational Fit
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively essential
* Commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times essential
