Role Overview: You will be tasked with carrying out joinery work on maintenance, refurbishment and project works including bathroom upgrades, kitchen installations and window and door replacements. Duties & responsibilities: Carry out joinery work across a full range of properties, including refurbishment, maintenance, and project-based tasks. Repair, maintain, and replace doors, door frames, windows, and associated fittings. Undertake joinery tasks relating to flooring, roofing, skirting, ceilings, and general fabric repairs. Support bathroom upgrade works, including installing wet wall panels, boxing in pipework, and fitting shower screens. Complete kitchen installations to a high standard, including all fixtures, fittings, and finishing works. Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety legislation, relevant regulations, and company procedures. Represent the company professionally at all times and ensure a positive customer experience. Skills & experience: Demonstrable experience and background in joiner Full UK driving license Able to communicate effectively all all levels Essential time management skills Sufficiently mobile and flexible towards hours and place of work Clear focus on quality of service Qualifications: City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent.
