Vehicle Bookings Advisor Required in Bristol
Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership in South Bristol, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Vehicle Bookings Advisor to join their dynamic Service Department. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates with experience in customer service or call handling to develop their careers within a reputable multi-site automotive group.

Duties
* Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing excellent customer service as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
* Coordinate and confirm vehicle service and repair bookings within the workshop schedule
* Liaise with customers to follow up on ongoing jobs and advise on scheduling
* Prepare paperwork and handover packs for vehicle repairs and servicing
* Provide estimates and information to customers via telephone and online platforms
* Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks as part of your role as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
* Always ensure communication is positive, helpful, and professional when liaising with customers
* Assist in maintaining workshop diaries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as a Vehicle Bookings Advisor
Requirements
* Prior experience in customer service, call handling, or a similar role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Well‑presented individual with a professional attitude
* Customer care focused, with the ability to build rapport easily
* A UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
* An interest in the automotive industry is beneficial
* Flexibility to commute to both Brislington and Cribbs Causeway, as the site will be relocating later this year
