Join our team as an Accommodation Support Officer and support our participants with their housing needs.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
2. Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation, and need.
3. Record progress and outcomes accurately using case management system.
4. Maintain contact with participants, identifying emerging risks and concerns.
5. Work with a diverse range of people, providing person-centered services.
6. Build and maintain effective relationships with participants and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience or knowledge of Accommodation legislation (desirable).
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
* Knowledge of the Criminal Justice System (desirable).
* Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
We offer a competitive salary starting from £24,650 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, healthcare plan, annual salary review, and more.
