Senior Project Manager - M25 Junction Project
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our high‑profile M25 Junction project. This is a key leadership role within a major infrastructure programme, responsible for driving operational performance, commercial outcomes, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Project & Delivery Management
o Lead and oversee all project deliverables to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
o Manage day‑to‑day project operations with strong planning, progress tracking, and governance.
* Leadership & Team Management
o Lead and support the Operations team to maintain high levels of performance and collaboration.
o Foster a positive, safe, and high‑performing working environment.
* Commercial, Contractual & Financial Management
o Ensure accurate resource planning and financial forecasting across all phases of the project.
o Maintain contractual compliance and support commercial management in partnership with Quantity Surveyors.
o Monitor budget performance and ensure effective cost control and value generation.
* Client & Stakeholder Engagement
o Manage client expectations through proactive, transparent communication.
o Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Risk Management
o Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impacts on programme, cost, and safety.
o Promote strong risk‑reduction processes across the project team.
About You
* Demonstrable experience delivering major highways projects, ideally within the strategic road network or similar complex environments.
* Proven capability in managing multidisciplinary teams on large infrastructure schemes.
* Strong commercial awareness and a solid understanding of contract management.
* A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset and excellent communication skills.
