🔍 What’s Needed:
Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, fit-out, or refurbishment
Strong attention to detail with excellent commercial awareness
Confident working independently and collaboratively with project teams
Ability to interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and specifications
A proactive and professional approach to delivering accurate costings💼 Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects
Analyse tender documents and manage pricing submissions
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Support project planning, budgets, and risk management
Contribute to process improvements within the estimating function💰 Package:
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
