Role Overview
As an Inbound Call Handler, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing patients. Your role is pivotal in delivering a warm, professional, and informative experience that reflects the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about treatments, pricing, and appointment availability.
* Book consultations and follow-up appointments using our scheduling system.
* Maintain confidentiality and adhere to GDPR in line with our business policies.
* Liaise with clinical staff to ensure smooth client journeys.
* Log call details and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements
* At least 2 years previous experience in a contact center, ideally within healthcare, beauty, or wellness.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive topics with empathy and discretion.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using booking systems and CRM software.
* Passion for aesthetics and client care.
