Key Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments of individual and carer needs, risks, and strengths to promote independence and prevent harm
* Work in partnership with service users and carers using a person‑centred approach
* Apply core social work values and principles to guide professional practice
* Promote independence, wellbeing, and choice in line with strengths‑based practice
Requirements
* Registered with Social Work England
* Successful completion of ASYE
* Post‑qualifying experience within Adult Social Care
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation and local authority responsibilities in safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Right to work in the UK
