Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid)
Salary: £25K - £30K (OTE £42K) - Uncapped commission

We are currently working with a leading software company, who are seeking sales talent with a spark. Whether you’re early in your sales journey or you’ve got the right attitude and hustle fresh out the gate — we want to hear from you.
The Role:
This is 100% outbound, new business sales. You’ll be:
Prospecting and generating leads
Cold calling and qualifying opportunities
Setting appointments and building pipeline
Owning that first touch — and making it count
Expect to spend time on the phone. You’ll need a confident voice, quick wit, and a strong sales patter. If you’ve worked in a recruitment agency or similar fast-paced sales environment, even better.
What You’ll Get:
£30K base salary for those with experience (or £25K if you’re fresh to sales)
Protected earnings for the first 3 months: earn £1K/month if you hit target
Uncapped commission – the more you put in, the more you earn

What We're Looking For:
1–2 years' sales or lead gen experience (ideal), but attitude > experience
Confident on the phone – cold calling doesn’t scare you
A sharp communicator with energy, positivity, and resilience
A team player who thrives in a target-driven environment
