Booking Administrator – Responsibilities
The Booking Administrator works with the team to contact patients, book their procedures, and manage waiting lists, ensuring all patients are booked within local and national targets.
Responsibilities include:
* Booking diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures in a timely manner to meet national and local targets, including the cancer pathway.
* Sending pre‑procedure preparation to a select cohort of patients.
* Cancelling and amending Endoscopy Lists as directed by the Endoscopy Coordinator and aiding the Coordinator with clinic capacity demands.
