Are you passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and families? This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in developing and coordinating the Sandwell Family Help Partnership.
You will bring people together across sectors to strengthen local support networks, improve collaboration, and ensure families can access the help they need, when they need it.
As Coordinator, you will build strong relationships with partners across the voluntary and community sector, schools, health services, police, fire services and local authority teams. You will organise events, facilitate networks, and promote partnership activity to raise awareness of available support. A key part of the role is growing membership, sharing best practice, and helping partners better understand local needs to inform service delivery and decision-making.
You will also support the development of the Sandwell Family Life website, lead engagement with grassroots and community groups, and contribute to monitoring and evaluating the impact of partnership work. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, influence stakeholders and bring people together will be essential.
