Operational Support Officer needed in Enfield This is a temporary contract initially paying £16.00ph PAYE The reference number is: RQ1716202 The successful candidate will support supervisors responding to day-to-day service enquires and complaints. You will be required to run daily reports, manage and update service level data and correspond with residents and will need to be good at working in a team, a good communicator and able to manage and diffuse sometimes challenging problems or enquires. Working as part of a key member of the team you will need to be well organised and have a positive “can do” attitude. This role offers lots of variety and you will be able to use your skills in communication, adaptability, attention to detail, organisation and customer service to great effect.
