Customer Team Leader Location: 58-60 Oxford Street, Whitstable, CT5 1DG Pay: £13.65 per hour Contract: 15 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: 2-3 varied shifts over 7 days including early mornings (from 6am), afternoons, late evenings (until 10pm) and weekends, to be discussed at interview

We’re looking for Customer Team Leaders to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Leader, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to help lead the store team – coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members and deputising for the Store Manager, while also delivering great customer service and performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

* Provide friendly and thoughtful service, managing the store and handling challenging situations.

* Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
* Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy to enhance shopping experience.
* Support your store manager by deputising and delivering HR processes.
* Introduce new products and services, encouraging team feedback.
