Description Salary £25,183 - £27,269 per annum | Permanent | Part time, 25 hours per week l Lancaster, Morecambe and Surrounding Areas | This role is not open to international sponsorship School Crossing Patrol Area Organiser required. Must have a car, driving licence and business insurance, also an enhanced child workforce DBS check, and you have to pass a basic medical. This appointment is classed as an agile worker, (working mainly from home) where you must have wi-fi. Duties to include supervising 40 school crossing patrol personnel. Conducting risk assessments, site inspections and conducting performance engagements, raising vacancies, interviewing candidates, raising all relevant paperwork, medicals and training successful candidates, visiting each crossing point a minimum of 2 times within the school year, delivering uniform and carrying out 2 monthly and 4 monthly reviews on new candidates. Maintaining sickness records and allocating relief school crossing patrols as needed to cover absences. Must have a good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook and database type programs. You must also cover crossings as necessary. Must live within and have a good knowledge of the Lancaster & Morecambe area. Please see attached job specifications for full job description.
