This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the chance to work within a supportive and established team. What are the benefits? Working as an FLT Driver for our client, your benefits will include: Weekly pay Ongoing, long-term work Fixed weekday shift pattern – no weekend work Supportive training and on boarding Clean and safe working environment Day to Day Duties Working as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your responsibilities will include : Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently Moving large bags of product (not palletised) using hook attachments Loading and unloading goods from vehicles Storing goods in designated areas within the warehouse or production site Supporting general warehouse duties when required Following all site health & safety procedures Essential Skills To be successful as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will need: A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent) Experience using an FLT in a fast-paced environment Good awareness of health & safety practices Ability to work well as part of a team Flexibility to work rotating shifts Desirable Experience It would be an advantage if you have: Previous experience working with large, loose products Background in food or industrial manufacturing Experience using FLTs with hooks or specialised attachments Training Full training and site induction will be provided to the successful candidate.
