37 hours p/w, minimum 3 month contract
What you need:
* A degree in Social Work or equivalent
* Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England
* Previous experience within a Transitions Teamor a similar Young adult social care settingis essential
* Completed relevant post-qualifying training
* Enhanced DBS check
* Excellent communication and written skills
