AI Global Media is a Burton-upon-Trent-based B2B digital media group, looking for a proactive and ambitious Account Executive to join our high-performing team. The role will suit someone who is a confident and persuasive communicator who is highly organised.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you’ll work across multiple brands, engaging with a wide variety of clients and selling impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll take ownership of your pipeline, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in driving revenue. We’re looking for someone who not only wants to succeed personally but is motivated to contribute to a high-performing team environment.
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within agreed timelines
* Confidently present and sell campaigns to new and existing clients
* Identify and maximise high-value and upsell opportunities
* Manage a high volume of inbound leads across phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp
* Maintain a structured and well-managed pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups
* Qualify leads effectively before progressing them
Campaign Ownership
* Manage campaigns from initial sale through to delivery. Be mindful of past results and do your best to grow/improve upon these.
* Monitor performance (e.g. open rates, conversions) and optimise where needed
* Create engaging and persuasive campaign content, demonstrating strong creative writing skills, excellent grammar, and meticulous proofreading
* Adjust pricing and strategy based on campaign performance and targets
Client Experience
* Understand the value of what we offer and to whom, so you can communicate that well to our customers.
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Ensure all orders are processed accurately via our online shop, or manually where required
* Manage post-campaign follow-up, feedback, and identify further opportunities
* Actively contribute to a high-performance team culture to ensure collective success
* Share ideas, best practices, and insights to improve team results
* Support colleagues where needed to ensure team and campaign success
* Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and outcomes
* Proven ability to work in a target-driven or performance-focused environment
* Strong team player with a collaborative, “team-first” mindset
* Confident and professional communication skills, particularly over the phone
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing workload and opportunities
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Resilient, with the ability to maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
