SF Recruitment are currently supporting a company located on the boarder of Nottingham & Derby in the search for an interim Payroll Officer to join their team for a minimum of 3 months, though anticipated to be longer.
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000pa
Hybrid: Office 3 days PW, WFH 2 days PW
The purpose of this role is to support the payroll function as a standalone officer, communicating with their outsourced company. You will need to be comfortable and proficient in end-to-end payroll, being able to complete all duties autonomously.
Duties to consist of:
- Supporting the data collation for 500 employees
- End to end duties before submission to external company
- Monthly payroll
- Monthly expenses
- Internal/external liaison
- Processing benefits
- Calculating commission structures
- P11D processing
- Statutory calculations
- Liaising with outsourced company to ensure all information is correct and all employees paid accurately
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and have previously come from a position in which they are able complete all duties with no training or guidance. If previously you have supported the payroll manager and being able to step up in their absence, this is exactly what they need.
