Cover People are working with a welcoming primary school in Stockport who are looking to appoint a reliable and organised Admin Support Officer to join their school office team.
This is a key role within the school, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of administrative tasks and acting as a first point of contact for staff, parents and visitors.
The Role
Providing general administrative support within the school office
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Greeting visitors and managing the front desk
Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
Supporting attendance and safeguarding processes
Assisting with general school communications and organisation
✅ About You
Previous administration experience (school experience desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using IT systems and databases
Professional, friendly and approachable manner
Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
