You'll need:
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
* Solid few years' experience as Educational Leader
* VIT ECE registration - provisional or full
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Proven ability to mentor, coach and lead teams
