Heathrow Experience
Ferrovial Construction has worked at Heathrow Airport for over 12 years delivering complex infrastructure projects to high quality, safety and environmental standards. We have focused on design-and-build projects with varied contractual arrangements, refining our management procedures in response to Heathrow's Employer's Requirements and Ferrovial Construction's own management systems. Since joining Heathrow's framework in 2008, we have delivered airside and landside projects, including taxiways, rehabilitation of taxiways and the southern runway, redevelopment of sterile and grass areas, and replacement of critical assets such as fire mains, fuel mains and HV ducts. We are currently working with Heathrow on asset rehabilitation and a future runway resurfacing plan, and we engage with key stakeholders to deliver Heathrow value for money.
