Our client, a global apparel brand, is looking for an experienced International Account Manager to manage their international Licensees and Distributors.
This is not a sales job. This role involves managing the Licensees and Distributors of various global territories and making sure they are serviced well.
Reporting to the Directors you will use a hands-on approach to managing the sales process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Servicing the global partners (Licensees and Distributors) by speaking to them to make sure:
· they are satisfied with the collection.
· they are ordering on time.
· addressing any issues relating to order - from Sales and Customer service side.
· Delivery dates agreed.
· Orders are processed on time.
· Pricing is done on time.
· samples are delivered on time.
· Terms are agreed.
You will help improving systems and processes and bringing together different departments.
Work with the Company’s and Customers’ Operations Teams to ensure:
· Master product database is uploaded to the system.
· Pricing structures are implemented for various channels.
· Product flow and replenishments are taken care.
· Vendor manuals are integrated into the existing logistics processes.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
More than 5 years’ experience in working with and managing Licensees and Distributors
Has hands-on approach to working and problem solving.
Build very good relationship and trust with clients.
Track record of sorting out problems immediately as and when the arise
Having experience in Infor Nexus and NuOrder systems, is an advantage.
Have ambition to learn, grow and make an impact.
Willingness to travel international.
