We have a new opportunity for a pro-active and motivated person to join our team as a Junior TCA Operations Coordinator at our London office. The role offers the right candidate a chance to learn about an exciting part of the travel business and become an integral part of the TCA operational team. Responsibilities Coordinating tour operations for Asian tour groups from start to end Negotiating with suppliers and booking services within budget Understanding and managing quotations to calculate supplements and reductions accurately Dealing with different Asian markets and agents, maintaining strong relationships with multiple agent accounts Providing support for the Tour Leaders on the road and handling on the road issues and emergency calls Communicating professionally with both internal and external stakeholders Providing a high level of customer service and working successfully with internal departments to ensure the best possible service for our clients Ensuring the quality of services provided matches group expectations Proposing alternative routes, itineraries, tour ideas if a problem occurs Monitoring cancellation deadlines, working in an efficient and timely manner Skills & Experience Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail necessary Mandarin or Cantonese language required (other preferred languages - Malay / Thai) Excellent spoken and written English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well under pressure Good geographical knowledge of Europe Tour operations experience advantageous Strong numeracy skills Good communication skills and the ability to problem solve and manage challenging situations Ability to meet targets and deadlines Positive, bright, and can-do attitude Good team player and willingness to help others when required Excellent computer literacy skills - Microsoft, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; Travel Studio experience advantageous Perks After your first year, you get an annual travel credit to travel on any one of our core travel brands.
