Become a Teaching Assistant Apprentice and build a future where your work truly matters.
We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join Outcomes First Group as a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, gaining hands-on experience while completing a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. You’ll play an active role in supporting pupils, especially those with additional needs, and work in an environment where every small win makes a big difference.
Join a team passionate about creating supportive, enriching classrooms where vulnerable pupils and young people thrive far beyond expectations.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll gain a deep understanding of teaching support through:
Assisting with the delivery and implementation of learning activities
A passion for working with children and young people
If you don’t already have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent), you’ll complete Functional Skills as part of the programme
20% of your contracted hours will be dedicated to off-the-job training (OJT), giving you the time and support to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours required by the apprenticeship
