What We’re Looking For:
Final-year students or recent graduates with a strong interest in working with children
Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
Experience with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, volunteering, placements) is a bonus
Willingness to travel within the Caerphilly area
A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Roles You Could Start With:
Teaching Assistant – provide one-to-one or group support in classrooms
Cover Supervisor – manage a classroom using provided work in the absence of a teacher
Behaviour Mentor / ALN Support – support pupils with additional learning or emotional needs
Sports or Creative Support – use your subject knowledge to inspire and engage pupils
