Role Responsibilities Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments Experience within high-rise residential new builds and occupied housing environments Lead complex projects from pre-start to final account Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements Adhoc duties as required.
