The Role
As an SEN TA, you'll work alongside class teachers to provide tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. The SEN TA will help create a positive, engaging learning environment where all students can succeed.
Key duties include:
* Assisting with individual learning plans
* Supporting pupils one-to-one and in small groups
* Modifying resources to suit different learning needs
* Encouraging independence and building confidence
* Liaising with staff, parents, and external specialists
